The rooms were clean. I also liked the hotel location since it was easy to reach the Harry Potter Studio Tour by taking the night bus from the train station.

I found the location very convenient, especially with the shopping mall practically across the street. The staff informed us about the free shuttle to Harry Potter Studios. That saved us time and money. All the employees were helpful and worked hard. I will consider staying here again. I also appreciated the comfortable beds. It.
I had to request that my room be serviced multiple times , with it only being done once in three weeks. Despite the hotel appearing modern, the service fell short of expectations.

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to watford junction. (, made getting around so easy!)
i found that the tv only had terrestrial channels. i wanted to access my netflix account, but this was not possible. most hotels let you do that, so it was a real disappointment.
